Now Recruiting Board Members

The Little Creek Farms HOA Board would like to invite community members who are interested in supporting their community and learning more about joining the HOA Board to join them for a quarterly meeting July 10th.

Duties include:

• Attending quarterly HOA Board meetings (4x year plus one annual meeting) • Voting on issues as required • Adapting the annual HOA budget • Adopting or amending rules, guidelines or policies as needed
